Campaign's 2026 Golden Power List
I'm honoured to be named to Campaign's 2026 Golden Power List, recognizing leaders over 65 who continue to shape our industry through the work they're doing today.
What struck me most wasn't my own profile. It was the purpose behind the list.
As Campaign put it, this isn't a lifetime achievement award. It's recognition for people who are still making meaningful contributions, leading businesses, mentoring others and helping shape what's next.
That distinction matters.
Advertising has always celebrated what's new. New platforms. New technology. New talent. As it should. Fresh thinking moves our industry forward.
But innovation doesn't belong to one generation.
Some of the most valuable ideas come from people who have seen cycles repeat, technologies evolve and consumer behaviour shift time and again. Experience gives you perspective. It helps you separate trends from fads, recognize patterns and make better decisions with greater confidence.
When I founded The Township, I wasn't slowing down. I was building something different.
I wanted to create a model that gave clients direct access to senior talent and strategic thinking without unnecessary layers. It has become the most rewarding chapter of my career.
Today my work extends beyond client partnerships. I spend much of my time helping organizations understand where creativity, culture and technology are heading. Through Cannes Lions, Young Lions and speaking engagements with brands across North America, I have the privilege of sharing what I'm seeing and helping teams prepare for what's next.
One of the greatest rewards has been working alongside emerging talent. Every conversation reminds me that the future belongs to those who stay curious. Mentorship isn't about passing knowledge in one direction. It's an exchange. I learn as much as I teach.
I'm grateful to Campaign for creating the Golden Power List because it challenges an assumption our industry sometimes makes: that relevance has an expiry date.
Thank you to Campaign for the recognition, and congratulations to everyone included on this year's Golden Power List. I'm proud to be in such remarkable company.
Here's to continuing to learn, contribute and build what's next.
